Documents  required -
  •  PAN Card.
  •   The registration of the firm.
  •  Authenticated copy of the partnership deed in case of partnership firm. 
  • Original/Attested “Power of Attorney” in case person other than the tenderer has sign the tender  document.
  •  Service Tax Registration, if applicable, if not applicable enclosed notarized declaration on stamp paper that this is not applicable to my firm.
  •  Bidder must have experience of Digitization and scanning work.
  •  ESI registration, if applicable, if not applicable enclosed notarized declaration on stamp paper that this is not applicable to my firm. 
  • EPF registration, if applicable, if not applicable enclosed notarized declaration on stamp paper that this is not applicable to my firm. 
  •  The bidders (Small Scale Units) who are registered with (National Small Scale Industries Corporation) NSIC / MSME under Single Point Registration Scheme are exempted as per norms upto the amount equal to their monetary limit. In case of bidder, having monetary limit as no limit the exemption will be limited to Rs.1.5 Lac (Rupees One Lac fifty thousand) only as per the existing policy of BSNL.  A proof regarding current registration with NSIC / MSME for the Tendered Item will have to be attached along with the bid.

Document Sharing Charge-499/-
